TITLE: Approving the Removal of Iowa 115 in Story County from the Primary Road System

Remove from the Primary Road System Iowa 115 in Story County, Iowa, as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 200 feet south of the W ¼ Corner Section 11-T85N-R24W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 200 feet east of the W ¼ Corner Section 11‑T85N‑R24W; thence east approximately ¾ mile following substantially the quarter section line to the west corporation line of the Town of Story City connecting with Broad Street.

Story City:

Beginning on Broad Street at the west corporation line; thence east on Broad Street to the east line of Elm Avenue.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 115 in Story County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement dated January 8, 1969.
